If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged item

• Photographs of the shipping box

• Photographs of all packaging materials

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, customers may choose one of the following exchange options:

• An available item of equal or lesser value from our current inventory.

• A recreation of the original item, when possible.

Please note that many of our pieces are handcrafted using resin and real pressed flowers. While we will make every effort to recreate the original design, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed. Slight variations in flower placement, color, shape, botanical details, and other handcrafted elements may occur and are considered part of the unique nature of handmade jewelry.

If an exact recreation is not possible due to material availability or natural variations, customers may select another available item of equal or lesser value.

Bear Creek Jewelry reserves the right to determine whether an item can be reasonably recreated based on available materials and design complexity.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address.

Bear Creek Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged by weather, or otherwise compromised after the carrier has marked them as delivered.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Every piece of Bear Creek Jewelry is handcrafted using resin and genuine pressed flowers.

Because natural flowers are used in our designs, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Variations in flower shape, size, color, petal placement, and botanical characteristics are natural and expected.

Minor variations, bubbles, textures, and artistic differences are not considered defects but are part of the handcrafted nature of each piece.

While our jewelry is crafted with care, resin jewelry should be handled gently to prevent scratches, cracks, or breakage.

Bear Creek Jewelry is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, accidental drops, exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

Some jewelry components may contain metal alloys. Customers with metal sensitivities or allergies should review product materials before purchasing.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and represent our products. However, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, mobile device displays, screen brightness, color calibration, photography lighting, and natural variations in materials.
