Because we ship quickly, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Orders are packed and sent out within 1 business day—so your earrings get to you faster!

If you'd like to return your item for a refund, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund timeline:
– We’ll process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item
– Please allow 7–10 business days after that for your bank to process the transaction

Exchanges

We want you to love your earrings as much as we loved making them! If your item arrives damaged from shipping, you’re welcome to exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. Just reach out within 7 business days of delivery to begin the process.

If you feel the product wasn’t accurately represented on our website, we’re happy to offer an exchange—we want our listings to reflect the real beauty of each handmade piece.

– Exchanges are not available for reasons of personal preference (such as changing your mind about the color or pattern).

  • Our jewelry is handmade with care, but it’s still delicate. Normal wear and tear, water exposure, or mishandling may cause damage. We do not offer warranties for daily wear.
